We had a fantastic experience at Berbère Palace. This is the best hotel in Ouarzazate. I liked the attention to detail in everything they do. The staffs were very friendly, the room service was quick, the rooms were clean and well equipped. We eat at the restaurant and the food was really delicious. I would highly recommend staying here, it is worth the price. We stayed at a different hotel before and we were very disappointed and we booked our room in Berbère Palace at the last minute. I wish I knew how good Berbère Palace is, I would have booked it first.

Great place to stay in Ouarzazate. The place has beautiful open spaces and is beautifully designed. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They went out of their way to make me at home. Loubna, Hind, Abdo and Ilhan were all extremely kind, professional and made me want to return on future visits. Thanks to all the great staff at the hotel.

Superb property in a great location . Enjoyed wandering around looking at the decor inside. Fantastic pool area and surrounding gardens. Rooms perfect. Staff very helpful and always available to assist.

great location. close to everything. by day two you discover lots of shortcuts down paths. the staff were amazing. every day we had treats left in our room. great size bathroom!

everything but their billing policy as I am going to file a dispute with booking.com and my credit card company as they charged me tax which was already prepaid within my booking.
